100-day notice of election to be conducted in Franklin County on Tuesday, November 4, 2014.
Franklin County reminds residents that County vehicle decals have been eliminated and are no longer required to be displayed on the windshield of resident vehicles. In order to be fully compliant with the State and local requirements, expired County decals from last year which expired as of April 15, 2014 should be removed. For further information on the vehicle license fee that replaced the requirement to display a decal, please feel free to contact the County Treasurer’s Office at 540-483-3078.
