The County of Franklin, Virginia, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Parks and Recreation Management Software Solutions to the Franklin County Parks and Recreation Department.
A complete copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) specifications may be obtained from the Procurement Specialist from the below sited address. All sealed proposals must be labeled on the upper left hand corner on the front exterior of the envelope and marked “Franklin County Parks and Recreation Software” and will be received until 4PM on Tuesday, May 29, 2012. No electronic proposals or emails will be accepted. Any/all proposals received after the specified time will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the sender. The Franklin County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to negotiate with proposers, reject any/all proposals, and/or waive any informalities in the RFP process. The County of Franklin is currently accepting bids for one (1) 2013 new front loading compaction body refuse collection truck. A copy of the specifications may be obtained from Sharon Tudor, Procurement Specialist, Office of the County Administrator, 1255 Franklin Street – Suite 111, Rocky Mount, Virginia 24151. All bids should be sealed and marked “REFUSE COLLECTION TRUCK” in the upper left hand corner of the envelope. All bids will be received until Tuesday, May 1, 2012 @ 4:00 P.M. at the Office of Procurement at the aforementioned address. Electronic bids will not be accepted. Any proposal received after the specified time will not be considered.
