Mr. Huff previously served as County Administrator in Pittsylvania County, Deputy County Executive in Albemarle County and also served Franklin County in the 1980s and early 1990s in the capacity of Assistant County Administrator and as County Administrator. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business from VPI & SU in Blacksburg and his Masters of Administration from Lynchburg College.
