Dr. Harry Lee King, Jr. passed away on November 11, 2008 at the age of 92.  Dr. King donated the land for this small community park in Henry. He wanted to provide local citizens with a convenient place to gather and socialize, and a safe area for children to play. His strong concern for community involvement and love for local history will be greatly missed by all.

  • Public Picnic Area, with grills

  • Scenic to the Norfolk Southern Railway

  • Future Playground & Amphitheater projected

  • Located in Henry on the Southern part of Franklin County
