REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FRANKLIN COUNTY. VA
MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE LANDFILL LEACHATE
COLLECTION AND TRANSPORTATION 

The County of Franklin is currently accepting proposals for the collection and transportation of Leachate generated at its Municipal Solid Waste Landfill.  A copy of the specifications may be obtained from Sharon K. Tudor, MMC, Clerk, Office of the County Administrator, 1255 Franklin Street - Suite 111, Rocky Mount, Virginia 24151.  All proposals should be sealed and marked "LANDFILL LEACHATE COLLECTION AND TRANSPORTATION" in the upper left hand corner of the envelope. All proposals will be received Wednesday May 8, 2013 @ 4:00 P.M. at the Office of the Procurement Specialist at the aforementioned address. Electronic proposals will not be accepted.  Any proposal received after the specified time will not be considered.
