  • The meeting was moderated by Public Safety Director, Daryl Hatcher. Mr. Hatcher opened the meeting by welcoming everyone and thanking them for their attendance.
 
  • The minutes were approved as distributed.
 
  • Mr. Hatcher advised that Bennie Russell would be out of the office for an extended period of time due to a health issue. Mr. Hatcher asked for each department to submit in writing one person from their department who would be able to help Bennie and Richard Glass in any future inspections, investigations, etc. This information should be submitted to Daryl Hatcher.
 
  • It was advised that ISO would be working around the County over the next few weeks. Everyone was also asked that if there are any dry hydrants in your area to clean up the area so that it stays accessible and ready to use. If there are maintenance concerns on a dry hydrant, contact Bennie Russell.
 
  • The rest of the meeting was spent discussing truck details..
