Intake

GENERAL SERVICES INTAKE

INTAKE services assist individuals seeking aid, guidance, and solutions for crisis situations. Information received from the individual is evaluated to determine what resources can be utilized for proper assistance. Individuals will be referred to other agencies for assistance. Examples of referrals include utility payments, housing, abuse and neglect reports, medication payments, and food.


To leave a message for the Intake worker, please call (540) 483-9247 and request to be transferred to Intake. 

Phone calls are returned between 2p.m. and 4p.m. daily. 
Walk-Ins will also be seen 2p.m. and 4p.m. daily.
