Thanks to the generosity of the Franklin County Library Foundation, we have joined thousands of partners across the U.S. and the world in participating in Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library book gifting program. The Imagination Library mails free, age-appropriate books to registered children from birth to age five, regardless of income. One book per month is mailed free of charge to each enrolled child. To receive books through the Franklin County Imagination Library, children must reside in Franklin County and enroll at https://imaginationlibrary.com/usa/affiliate/VAFRANKLIN or via the below QR code.
