Starting December 20, 2021 through December 30, 2021 The Franklin Center will be open 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday. The Franklin Center will be closed December 23rd and 24th for the Christmas holiday, and closed December 30th for the New Year's holiday. Normal business hours will resume January 3, 2021.
