Summit View Business Park Entrance Signs Construction
This procurement is governed by the Virginia Public Procurement Act and all terms and conditions of the Act are hereby adopted and are made a part of this notice. The Franklin County Board of Supervisors is seeking bids from qualified, licensed contractors to provide construction services for the following: Fabrication and installation of two entrance signs at the Summit View Business Park.
Contract documents including drawings and specifications for the project as well as the required Bid Form may be examined at the following locations beginning November 18, 2020:
• Franklin County Procurement Office, 1255 Franklin Street, Suite 111, Rocky Mount, VA, 24151.
• Documents can also be viewed/obtained through the County’s Procurement website, http://www.franklincountyva.gov/procurement. Bid documents shall also include any Addenda or revisions to other Bid Documents specifically sent to bidders during the bid process.

The bids shall be publicly opened and read at the time above, and a list of those timely filed shall be made. Facsimile or electronically transmitted proposals will not be considered.
