Changing Art Display

Thanks to the Bald Knob Artists, we are able to offer a changing display of artworks from local artists. Visit the second floor of our Rocky Mount Branch to enjoy local favorites.

Bald Knob Artists is centered on Rocky Mount and Franklin County, Virginia. Meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month from 1 to 3 pm in the Franklin County Library Community Room.
