The purpose of this program is to allow interested persons to ride on a departmental unit with Franklin County Fire & EMS personnel. The program is designed to increase awareness of Franklin County emergency services through direct contact with the emergency medical services and suppression personnel and their work at the scene of an accident, illness, fire, or other incident.
