Full-time employees may enroll in the Franklin County employee benefits program with coverage effective on the first day of the month following your new hire date.
Part-time employees, regularly scheduled to work 20-29 hours a week, may participate in the County health and dental programs at full premium cost. After five years of service, participants will receive a reduction in the monthly premium.
